When I arrived in Agra around 6 am he had already arranged a pick-up from the bus station to my hotel,... read more but at that time I suddenly decided to go to the Taj Mahal for sunrise that same morning and, when I contacted him, he immediately arranged luggage storage in a restaurant of his friend (close to the Taj Mahal) for me so that I wouldn’t lose time going to my hotel first. And I was still on time for sunrise at the Taj Mahal!

He also arranged a sightseeing tour in Agra with his driver at a good price. And he was very helpful and patient arranging bus tickets for me. He also showed me the best local chai place of Agra where we had a chai and ate delicious and cheap thali.

Raman is very interesting, nice to talk to and speaks English very well! 

On top of all this...when I contacted him at 10 pm because a night bus didn’t show up, he drove to me, called the bus driver and made sure the night bus could pick me up from another pick-up point and gave me a ride to that pick-up point! He didn’t ask me any money for this extra service; he said he did that because he wanted to make sure I was ok and got on the bus. 

To summarize: Raman takes care of his customers VERY well and I recommend him to everyone visiting Agra!

He organised our train tickets from Delhi to Agra when 3 other tour operators said there are no tickets... read more left!

Once we got to Agra, he made us feel so welcome.  He personally met us for Chai, then organised a great Tuk Tuk driver to show us around (much cheaper than any other Tuk Tuk on the street), he continually kept in contact to ensure we had everything we need and then on our last day took us out to a hidden local secret Marsala Chai vendor that serve the best Chai in India!

I am forever grateful for meeting Sunny and the positive impact he had on our experience in Agra.

I highly recommend all travellers to Agra to contact Sunny at Kings Travel to enhance your experience in this majestic city.

When I told him 5 weeks and I wanted to visit every selected destination he nearly fainted. After 5 days of intensive planning (car/train/plane/ boat & hotels !!!) he had somehow created a travel plan to meet my needs. Of course I didn't see ALL of India but there's always next time...Look out Raman   !!!!!

Very helpfull and reliable. Booked train and multiple flight tickets. All worked out fine. Without asking or expecting even checked us in for the flights a week after we visited him and got the boarding passes via Whats app. Can highly recomend!!

If you are thinking about traveling to India and you don't know where to start, I recommend Raman. He is very willing, decisive and trustworthy. He helped us in the middle of our trip to manage the purchase of train, bus and air tickets, accommodation and everything. everything you need for you to enjoy India. It was a pleasure to reach Agra and meet him as we only spoke on the phone. Thanks for your time.

My trip ( Delhi,Agra,Mathura and Vrindavan) was incredible.Me and my family are really impressed by the services of this tour company. Super recommend. Rama is a very expeditious advisor, very attentive to any need and always willing to answer any questions. In my case I am from Argentina, long before arriving in India Rama bought my train and bus tickets, this was important and reassuring for me since one of the train trips was in the middle of Diwali so I ran the risk of not Find a train ticket when you arrive in India since on that date there are many people traveling because of the festival. To visit the Taj Majal he got me a guide in Spanish and put a car at my disposal for the days I was in Agra. I backpack and I usually travel on a moderate budget. Of course, if I had done everything on my own it would have been cheaper, such as getting around by Tuc Tuc instead of by car in Agra, but it is worth paying that difference, in my case the peace of mind of having someone who can help me solve Any inconvenience has a price and Rama is very good at what he does.

Rama booked an overnight train from Agra to Varansi for 2 of us.He was helpful, had good information. There was lots of texts afterwards and gave us confidence in this sometimes confusing country. Excellent

I went to his shop by coincidence, I stopped on the road and noticed the light of my bike was not working. Raman, the owner, saw me and approached me if I needed any help. We had a really nice conversation in the evening, he recommended some nice places to visit. The next day he took me to a mechanic, he fixed the bike for a really good price, it was really helpful. If you need any advice, recommendations or want to book something, I can only recommend this shop
