  Best Service Ever! - Recently my friends and I had a 3 week visit to India. We planned to visit as many places as possible which meant a lot of coordination with trains buses... read more and private cars! A friend suggested using Kings Travel to organise everything! Despite us all being experienced travellers we could never have organised this trip so perfectly ourselves! Not only did Kings Travel co-ordinate everything perfectly they also checked in regulary to see how our trip was going and to remind us they were there to help with any troubles we may come across! Such a wonderful personalized service! Kings Travel arranged for us weary travellers to be met at dawn in Agra by the loveliest Dinesh in his auto! Dinesh was invaluable to us taking us to out if the way places we never could have found easily! We were so Happy to meet the the lovely Raman Sawney in person in Agra to thank him personally! This was my third trip to.India and the easiest thanks to Kings Travel! I highly recommend Kings Travel....they can do it all...with a big smile and a great price! Once we got to Agra, he made us feel so welcome. He personally met us for Chai, then organised a great Tuk Tuk driver to show us around (much cheaper than any other Tuk Tuk on the street), he continually kept in contact to ensure we had everything we need and then on our last day took us out to a hidden local secret Marsala Chai vendor that serve the best Chai in India!
I am forever grateful for meeting Sunny and the positive impact he had on our experience in Agra.

  Best travel agent ever!!! - Raman is the best travel agent one can imagine!!! When I arrived in Agra around 6 am he had already arranged a pick-up from the bus station to my hotel,... read more but at that time I suddenly decided to go to the Taj Mahal for sunrise that same morning and, when I contacted him, he immediately arranged luggage storage in a restaurant of his friend (close to the Taj Mahal) for me so that I wouldn’t lose time going to my hotel first. And I was still on time for sunrise at the Taj Mahal!

He also arranged a sightseeing tour in Agra with his driver at a good price. And he was very helpful and patient arranging bus tickets for me. He also showed me the best local chai place of Agra where we had a chai and ate delicious and cheap thali.

Raman is very interesting, nice to talk to and speaks English very well!

On top of all this...when I contacted him at 10 pm because a night bus didn’t show up, he drove to me, called the bus driver and made sure the night bus could pick me up from another pick-up point and gave me a ride to that pick-up point! He didn’t ask me any money for this extra service; he said he did that because he wanted to make sure I was ok and got on the bus.

To summarize: Raman takes care of his customers VERY well and I recommend him to everyone visiting Agra!
